How do I exchange my jewellery?

  1. Please print and complete the return form, which you will find here and at the bottom of this page
  2. Wrap the jewellery securely in the packaging in which you received the jewellery (plastic bag, silk bag and jewellery box)
  3. Put the return/exchange form in the package with the jewellery
  4. Purchase a "Home Delivery" return label and attach it to the package
  5. Please write "RETURN" somewhere next to the shipping label on the package

  6. As soon as I have received your jewellery, I will send you a new piece of jewellery in the wanted size. I strive to handle your exchange as quickly as possible. The return speed depends on which country we are shipping to. You can see our delivery terms here

How do I return my jewellery?

  1. If you want to return your jewellery, you will need to print and fill out the return form found here and below. The return needs to happen within 14 days of you purchasing the jewellery
  2. Wrap the jewellery securely in the packaging in which you received the jewellery (plastic bag, silk bag and jewellery box)
  3. Put the return/exchange form in the package with the jewellery
  4. Purchase a "Home Delivery" return label and attach it to the package
  5. Please write "RETURN" somewhere next to the shipping label on the package

  6. Once I have received the jewellery and taken a look at the condition, I will make the refund to the debit card used in the purchase. It might take 10-14 business days before the amount will be shown in your bank account, but usually it takes 3-5 business days. You will receive an email as soon as I have started the refund process.

What do I do if the jewellery I want to exchange to is more expensive or at a lower cost than the jewellery I bought?

If you want to exchange to a piece of jewellery, that is of a lower price than the one you have bought, we will make a refund of the remaining amount to the card used on the original order. If you want to exchange to a piece of jewellery, that is of a higher price than the one you have bought, we will send a secure payment link to your email. The payment link makes it secure, fast and easy for you to pay the difference. Once you have made the payment and confirmed it to us by mail. I will send the new jewellery to you.


How do I send my package to you?

If you want to exchange or return the jewellery, you need to send it as home delivery to:

When you are sending a piece of jewellery to me, you are paying for the return freight. It is important, that you send the package with home delivery, since we can not pick up packages in different parcel shops. We always recommend, that you send the package with insurance, so that you get a Track & Trace number. That way you are able to trace the journey of the package.

The freight of the new jewellery is paid by me.
